5. No-Show Policy

Users who fail to show up for their reservation without prior cancellation may face
restrictions on future reservations or be subject to additional penalties, as determined by the
restaurant. There for its advised to confirm their reservation and arrive within a 15-minute
timeframe or else will result in the forfeiture of their reservation.
